What started as a 35-person offsite for CPA’s founding partners grew into an annual summit for over 125 attendees — and I’ve had the privilege of leading both.
For their first-ever partner gathering, we curated a boutique experience in upstate New York: thoughtful hospitality touches, a jazz yacht club dinner, custom conversation cards, and intentional moments designed to foster connection across industries.
The following year, I led the full production of their expanded summit — handling everything from hotel sourcing and vendor management to transportation logistics and large-scale production elements like custom stage design and branded signage. It was like conducting an orchestra — and I loved every moment of seeing this client’s growth reflected in the experience we created together.
My favorite part? Being invited back year after year to partner with their team, celebrate their success, and continue building something meaningful together.

I partner with Peregrine Ventures, a global community of Christian entrepreneurs, investors, and leaders building ventures with purpose and eternal impact.
Each year, Peregrine hosts two one-week gatherings in Oxford — bringing together founders and leaders from around the world for honest conversations, strategic collaboration, and faith-rooted leadership. I lead event production and community-building for these gatherings, ensuring every element reflects thoughtful hospitality, operational excellence, and intentional connection.
