non-profit

Nonprofit events carry a unique weight — they’re not just about gathering people, but about rallying support, sharing vision, and deepening impact. I partner with nonprofits to design experiences that inspire generosity and build lasting community.

Whether it’s a major donor activation, a fundraising gala, or an intimate vision-casting dinner, I bring both logistical excellence and a heart for the mission behind the event. My goal is to create moments that move people — and advance your cause.

advocate collective

As Chief of Staff to Dr. Amy Orr-Ewing and a partner to Advocate Collective, I have the privilege of serving at the intersection of faith, leadership, and impact. I lead event production, board leadership, and back-end operations — including acting as the U.S. 501(c)(3) sponsor for Dr. Amy’s ministry. Whether traveling with Amy to produce events, hosting board gatherings, or coordinating book launch events, I help steward the vision to create spaces where faith is lived out with integrity and courage.

Dr. Amy Orr-Ewing is an internationally respected speaker, author, and theologian who has addressed audiences from the White House and UK Parliament to universities and conferences around the world. Her thoughtful engagement with questions of faith, culture, and justice has inspired leaders globally to integrate their faith into every sphere of life.

It’s an honor to help bring Amy’s work to life — curating moments that foster honest conversations, meaningful connections, and lasting impact through leadership events, retreats, and book launches.

many hopes

I serve as the Global Lead for The Future 100, a giving community of entrepreneurs, founders, and leaders committed to investing in justice through the work of Many Hopes — a nonprofit that partners with local organizations worldwide to rescue children from injustice and equip them to become leaders who defeat the very injustices they’ve survived.

Our vision for the Future 100 is simple: gather 100 business leaders who pledge $5,000 to $20,000+ annually, not just as donors, but as active advocates lending their influence, networks, and voices to this global movement. I lead strategic partnerships, major donor engagement, and expansion efforts — connecting people to a cause that transforms lives and communities.

One of my favorite partnerships is with Two Hands, a founder-led business that joined the Future 100 and immediately brought their team into the story. What started as a single corporate pledge quickly grew into deeper engagement — integrating Many Hopes into their client communications, sharing stories of impact, and rallying their network to give and get involved. This is exactly what the Future 100 is about: leveraging business for good and building long-term relationships that multiply generosity.

Whether it’s a boardroom in London, a café in New York, or a field in Ghana, I love connecting purpose-driven leaders to work that outlasts them.

Anglican Leadership Summit

I had the privilege of producing the Anglican Leadership Summit in Egypt — a multi-day gathering that brought together bishops, clergy, and lay leaders from across the Anglican Communion for a time of strategic collaboration, leadership development, and shared vision.

From coordinating international travel and managing on-the-ground logistics to overseeing event production and cultural experiences, I helped create a seamless environment where leaders could connect deeply and focus on the work ahead.

It was an honor to support this global community and help bring a significant gathering of faith, leadership, and mission to life in such a historic and meaningful setting.

missional labs

At Missional Labs, I led the creation and execution of the in-person experience for the 9-month Accelerator Program — shaping every element to reflect the mission and values of the community. Over two years and two full cohorts, I oversaw the program’s operating budget, event planning, and operations for three multi-day conferences hosted annually in New York City, London, and San Francisco.

From negotiating vendor and venue contracts — leveraging our 501(c)(3) status for maximum value — to designing detailed run-of-show workflows and managing complex logistics across cities, I ensured every experience was seamless, mission-aligned, and meaningful for participants, speakers, and stakeholders alike.

I also led the integration of program data into internal systems, establishing processes for tracking, reporting, and engagement throughout the accelerator journey.

Helping bring the in-person experience of Missional Labs to life — and seeing lasting connections form across industries, cities, and cultures — remains one of my favorite projects to date.
